Well done to all the children for working so hard in our  'Back in Time Week'.  They certainly learnt a great deal on our visit to the mill as they have written some very factual reports all about it and have really engaged in listening to lots of different visitors talking about the history of Styal.  It was great to see everyone joining in our Victorian day today - take a look at the Back in Time gallery which has lots of photos of the different activities.

Special congratulations to our stars of the week:

Y3  Alfie A : for working hard on his writing about the Gregg family

Y4  Laiba Cohen: for her calm and caring attitude towards others

Next week we will be working more on Newspaper style writing and learning more about Shape in Maths.

It is our last swimming session and children need to remember to bring in pyjamas or old clothes for Tuesday
