Well done to everyone for great start back to Autumn half term 2 and especially those children for remembering their half term 'Inventor's Poster' homework - the standard was very high.
The children have worked really hard on the text 'Oliver and the Seawigs' writing descriptions, dialogue and are ready to write a rescue plan to save Oliver's parents! In Maths the children have made a good start on Fractions and working towards their multiplication and division targets - keep practising!
Mrs Belshaw was delighted with Year 4's attitude to learning and was amazed how much they remembered about Forest School. Year 3 had lots of fun balancing in lots of different ways using our brand new 'Real PE' resources. (Please remember for our outdoor learning children need their full kit: Tuesday 34 outdoor PE Thursday Y4 wellies/boots/coat for Forest school and Y3 indoor PE kit.)
Big congratulations to this week's stars:
Y3 Jack - for outstanding effort in his fantastic homework writing and drawings about the first train
Y4 Layla - for much improved attitude in all her learning
Next week we look forward to practising songs for our Christingle Service which will be in early December (date and time tbc)
See you all soon
