We love School!

This week we were back in our Forest School, we made a den using sticks that we could find in the forest - it was fun but freezing!

In our Numeracy we have been learning all about 2d shapes, squares, circles and even hexagons are just some of the 2d names we are now super confident with. 

In our Literacy, we had a special delivery it was a parcel and inside was the book of the Jolly Postman. Today we had to help Golilocks with her awful spelling to help her write an apology letter to Baby Bear and his parents. 

We have started our Topic all about our local Quarry Bank Mill. We imagined turning some of our local landmarks into fun features - imagine the River Bollin becoming a delicious of river of chocolate. 

Now it's nearly the weekend we need our rest because next week we have a royal visitor but that's top secret, shhhh! How exciting!
